What happens if the battery runs out?
The lock will alert you in advance when the battery is low. If the battery is completely drained, you can use the mechanical key to unlock temporarily.

Can I mute the lock volume?
Yes, you can mute the keypad tones and fingerprint reminder buzzer in the App. However, the sound of the electric motor cannot be muted.
Is the password data stored in the cloud, and how is my privacy protected?
No, your privacy is protected. All password data is stored inside the lock itself, not in the cloud.
